One-Day Pastors’ Conference

Join us for a transformative experience at our upcoming Pastor’s Conference, where we will gather to deepen our faith and strengthen our community. This event is designed for pastors and their spouses to come together, share insights, and seek guidance in their spiritual journeys.

• Snacks and lunch will be provided, ensuring that everyone is nourished and energized throughout the day.
• We are expecting an attendance of over 200 pastors and pastors’ wives, creating an incredible opportunity for fellowship and networking.

This conference will feature inspiring sessions, engaging discussions, and opportunities for prayer and reflection. Our aim is to foster an environment where attendees can connect with one another and with Yeshua, seeking His guidance for their ministries and personal lives.

Event Budget Breakdown:

To ensure the success of this event, we have outlined our budget as follows:

• Function Hall: $300
  This cost covers the rental of a suitable venue that can accommodate our attendees comfortably.
• Snacks/Water/Tea: $150
  We will provide light refreshments to keep everyone energized and focused throughout the day.
• Lunch: $300
  A wholesome lunch will be served, allowing participants to enjoy a meal together and engage in meaningful conversations.
• Sound System: $100
  A quality sound system will be set up to ensure that all speakers can be heard clearly.
• YouTube Live Streaming: $100
  We plan to stream the conference live, enabling those who cannot attend in person to participate virtually.
• Pamphlets/Media: $200
  Informative pamphlets and media materials will be distributed to enhance the learning experience and provide valuable resources.
• Total Estimated Budget: $1,200
